An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or wrong products.

If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.

All WDYM products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. In the rare case of any issue, our team will assist you promptly.
